On the day we arrive in a Toyota Hiace Van 3-4 hours prior to service to setup onsite, we require access to an undercover, sheltered area next to parking (as we have our mobile ovens in our van). This can be the garage at private properties. No cooking is done in your kitchen at private properties.
 
Access to power, water and lighting for night time functions is required.  As a guide for power 2x10amp power points will be used.  
 
We ask for you to provide the tables and table cloths for the catering service.  This generally includes 4 x 1.8m trestle tables positioned in a straight line allowing guests to flow down either side of the buffet – this ensures a smooth and efficient service, not to mention a social atmosphere for guests during the buffet service. Lighting is required for the food service area. 

Additional tables/cloths are required if Finger Food and/or Dessert is provided.
All cooking equipment, plates and cutlery are provided as part of our catering service.  
Cutlery is set onto guest tables to finish the table styling.  Plates are set onto guest tables or at the beginning of the buffet depending on the style of function.
 
If you are having a stylist provide the place settings we can coordinate directly with your supplier to ensure these items are cleaned and packed away at the end of dinner service.
Weddings days are big days with early starts.  It is important to ensure you and your Bridal Party are well catered for.  
 
We will work with you to ensure a Bridal Party Pack is provided with Finger Foods and napkins to take with during photographs.
 
Dietary requirements will be catered for.Drinks and glassware can also organised. This allows you and your Bridal Party to relax and enjoy catering to follow your ceremony.
